Notes

1. Deposit: $1000 USD. Please pay promptly to secure your reservation. The balance is due by June 30, 2025.
2. This price is valid with a deposit paid by Dec 20, 2024. After that date, we cannot guarantee enrollment. If space remains, the price will be $2700 USD.
3. Group discounts are available. Please contact customer service.
• Pastors, ministers, and seminary students: $100 USD/person discount
• 2 people traveling together: $30 USD/person discount
• 4 people traveling together: $60 USD/person discount
• 10 people traveling together: $100 USD/person discount
• 15 people traveling together: $150 USD/person discount
4. If you book your own flights, please confirm flight details with our company, as airport pickup and meeting times depend on flight schedules.
• Reference outbound flight: 27 SEP TK12 JFK → IST 00:45 / 16:40
• Reference return flight: 10 OCT TK111 IST → JFK 00:45 / 16:40
5. The official package itinerary runs from Day 1 (27 SEP) 17:30 meeting at IST Airport or a designated hotel to Day 13 (09 OCT) 22:30 ending at IST Airport.
• Includes 12 nights of local accommodation.
• Does not include accommodation for early arrival or late return. Optional transfers and hotel stays can be added.

Price Includes

1. 12 nights in selected 5-star hotels in Turkey (twin/queen/king), as listed in the itinerary. Two people per room.
2. Ground transportation for the entire trip, including one domestic flight within Turkey.
3. Admission tickets for all attractions listed in the itinerary.
4. Accommodation and meals for the guide, tour leader, and driver during the tour (working 10 hours/day).
5. All meals included in the itinerary, plus 2 bottles of water per person per day. At restaurants, one large bottle of water per 4 people.
6. Tips for restaurant and hotel service staff.

Price Excludes

1. International airfare: round-trip flights from your departure city to Turkey (direct flights on Turkish Airlines where available).
2. Visa fee: Turkish tourist e-visa (we can assist with applications. U.S. passport holders are visa-free).
3. Tips for the tour leader, guide, and driver: $15 USD/day. Collected by the tour leader during the trip: 15 × 13 days = $195 USD.
4. Single room supplement: $1100 USD (if a roommate cannot be matched or if you prefer a private room). Pricing is based on double occupancy. If traveling alone, you will share a room with a roommate if available. Private rooms are available for an additional fee.
5. Hotel room upgrade fees.
6. Excess baggage fees, in-room hotel tips, porter tips, personal services, and other personal expenses.

Group Tour Notes

This itinerary involves significant walking in multiple cities and attractions. Participants should have a reasonable level of fitness and mobility. Guests aged 70+ or those with limited mobility or significant chronic medical conditions must be accompanied by a family member or friend and must inform us in advance. To protect the experience of all participants, the company reserves the right to decline registrations. If health conditions are not disclosed and participation becomes impossible or issues arise, related costs will be the traveler’s responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

Once the tour is confirmed to depart, if an individual cancels, refunds are handled as follows:

1. Cancel 121+ days before departure: refund remaining amount after a $150 USD handling fee.
2. Cancel 46–120 days before departure: 70% refund.
3. Cancel 31–45 days before departure: 50% refund.
4. Cancel 21–30 days before departure: 30% refund.
5. Cancel 1–20 days before departure: 0% refund.

• If documents have been processed or flights have been ticketed, related document fees and airline refund fees must also be paid (subject to airline ticketing rules).

Other Notes

1. The company reserves the right to adjust confirmed hotels and will arrange equivalent alternatives.
2. Without reducing the visit content, the order of visits may be adjusted due to flight schedules, attraction opening times, weather, and actual hotel conditions.
3. Room sizes may vary. If some standard rooms are complimentary upgraded by a hotel, this is outside the company’s control. No differential treatment is intended. Thank you for your understanding.
4. Triple rooms vary by hotel. Some offer three single beds, some offer one large bed plus one small bed (family room), and some use a sofa bed or extra bed (folding bed). For guests choosing a triple room, the 3rd person receives a 10% discount on the tour fee.
