Included in Price

1. 4 Nights Hotel: Twin/Double Bed, as listed in the itinerary, double occupancy
2. Transportation throughout the trip (including fuel, tolls, and parking fees).
3. Meals as specified in the itinerary, 2 bottles of mineral water per person per day, and 1 large bottle of mineral water per 4 people at restaurants.
4. Admission fees for attractions included in the itinerary.
5. Hotel and restaurant gratuities.

Not included in the price

1. International airfare: Round-trip tickets from your departure city to Istanbul (IST), Turkey.
2. Visa: Turkish e-Visa (available through our agency)
3. Travel medical insurance
4. Tour leader, guide, and driver gratuities: $5 USD per day (collected by the tour leader during the trip)
5. Single room supplement required (if double occupancy pairing is unavailable or a single room is requested). Pricing is based on double occupancy. Solo travelers will be paired with a roommate.
6. Hotel room upgrade fees
7. Excess baggage fees, private services, other personal expenses, hotel porter tips, and private transfer fees.

Group Operation Guidelines

This itinerary involves significant walking in cities and attractions. Participants must possess adequate physical fitness and stamina.Guests aged 70 or older, with mobility issues, or suffering from severe chronic illnesses must be accompanied by a relative or friend and must proactively disclose this information to be accepted for booking. To avoid affecting the rights of other guests, our company reserves the right to refuse bookings. If physical conditions are not disclosed in advance, resulting in inability to participate or other issues causing additional expenses, the traveler shall bear full responsibility.

1. Confirmed Hotels: Our company reserves the right to adjust accommodations and will seek equivalent alternative hotels and lodging options.
2. The itinerary may be adjusted or substituted based on airline schedules, attraction operating hours, weather conditions, and actual hotel availability, provided that the content of the tour remains unchanged.
3. Room sizes vary. Should the hotel kindly upgrade some standard rooms, this is beyond our control and does not constitute preferential treatment. Your understanding is appreciated.
